Job Description

Báo cáo cho: Giám đốc Khối kỹ thuật Nhà máy, đồng thời báo cáo chéo cho Giám đốc Nhà máy. / Report to: Plant Engineering Head, dotted line to Plant Director.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES / NHIỆM VỤ CHÍNH:

Giám sát, lắp đặt & duy trì các hệ thống điện, thiết bị điện./ Monitor, install and maintain electrical systems, equipment, and fixtures.
Phát hiện các lỗi, nguy cơ liên quan đến hệ thống điện./ Identifying faults or hazards.
Thực hiện các biện pháp phòng ngừa & sửa chữa liên quan đến hệ thống, thiết bị điện. / Perform preventative maintenance and corrective repairs of electrical equipment.
Hiểu, thông thạo & thực thi các chính sách, chương trình liên quan đến an toàn điện./ Understand and follow safety procedures and policies.
Thực hiện các báo cáo liên quan./ Do electrical maintenance reports
Đảm bảo môi trường làm việc an toàn cho toàn bộ nhân viên Nhà máy./ Ensure a safe work environment for all Plant’s employees at all times.
Giám sát các hoạt động tại nơi làm việc, nhận diện các mối nguy và các điều kiện/ tình huống không an toàn./ Oversight the activities of a workplace, identify the hazards and unsafe conditions/ situations.
Phối hợp với các phòng ban để thực hiện và duy trì hệ thống quản lý, các chương trình về HSE, đảm bảo nhân viên Nhà máy tuân thủ các quy định an toàn của nhà nước và các chính sách của UIP. / To provide a co-ordination role for implementation and maintenance of the performance of HSE’s Management System & Programs, to make sure that Plant’s employees comply with government’s safety regulations and the UIP’s policies.
Hỗ trợ việc xây dựng, tiếp tục cải tiến và phát triển các phương án an toàn hướng tới việc giảm hoặc cắt giảm chi phí liên quan đến tai nạn, sự cố và ngăn ngừa tổn thất tài chính có thể xuất phát từ việc giảm năng suất hoạt động của Nhà máy. / For assisting the creation, continuous improvement and development safety methods which are directed towards the reduction or slashing of incident, accident-related costs and prevention of financial losses that may emanate from a decrease in productivity of Plant.

Job Requirement

YÊU CẦU BẰNG CẤP & KINH NGHIỆM / JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Tốt nghiệp cao đẳng trở lên, chuyên ngành Điện - Điện Tử. / University or College graduate, major in Electronics.
Có kinh nghiệm tại vị trí Kỹ sư Điện/ HSE cho nhà máy sản xuất chuẩn GMP. / Electrical Engineer/ HSE experience at GMP standard factory.
Thành thạo các công cụ giải quyết vấn đề. / Fluent at problem solving tools.
