Advanced Growth Mindset Training (Sep 2023)
Following up the Growth Mindset training in 2022, in September 2023, UIP organized the Advanced Growth Mindset training program for supervisory level and above.
With 2 modules "Drive for Results" and "Foster Team Collaboration", along with real-life case studies & group activities, UIP look forward to see the significant improvement in both individual & team performance so that foster a long-term development of UIP.
The training was devided into 4 batches for relevant target participants: Commercial, Back-office & Manufacturing.
